Architectural Committee

Architectural Committee Duties: - Thoroughly understand the portions of the restrictive covenants related to architecture and exterior appearance. - Develop and maintain Guidance Material for interpreting and applying the architectural sections of the restrictive covenants. - Consistently apply and enforce the standards of the Covenants and Guidance Material. - Review and approve plans for proposed new construction in the neighborhood - Review and approve home owner proposals for exterior improvements or renovations to existing properties. - Assist the Board with questions related to exterior appearance of structures or objects in the neighborhood. - Maintain records of proposed projects, both approved and denied.
